Account Holder Exclusivity
Provide readings only to the account holder.
“Piggybacking” occurs when a reading is performed for another person who may be present during the session. Should a Seeker request this, politely decline and suggest that the other person create their own account.
AI Restrictions
Do not use AI or word-generating tools to conduct readings for users.
Seekers entrust Guides with deeply personal, often sensitive information and come to IO Psychics seeking an authentic psychic reading experience. Please ensure that all readings are conducted with integrity, honesty, and genuine psychic abilities to uphold the trust and respect of our Seekers.
Age Restrictions
Do not provide services to anyone under 18.
For legal and ethical reasons, we prohibit Guides from providing readings to minors. If you suspect a minor is using the Services, end the conversation and report it to us.
Availability Notification
Maintain clear communication regarding changes to your schedule.
Inform your Guide Support Specialist if you will be unavailable during your scheduled times for any reason. This ensures that Seekers are able to receive the services they seek, and helps us maintain the highest level of service quality.
Contact Limitations
Do not contact Seekers outside the IO website by phone, email, or social media.
Refrain from soliciting personal contact information or offering your own. All communications must remain within the platform to protect both Guides and Seekers.
Fair Rates and Pricing
Rates can only be increased once a month, and by no more than 20% at a time.
Avoid raising your rate when a Seeker is expected to return soon, such as shortly after depositing more funds in their wallet. Do not increase your rate for specific services like aura cleansing or chakra cleansing; these must be offered at the standard rate.
Immediate Removal
Violating legal or ethical standards will result in immediate removal from the Website without exceptions.
We strictly enforce these rules to protect the integrity of our services and the trust our Seekers place in us. Any breach of these guidelines will lead to the immediate termination of your access to the IO website.
Inappropriate Content
Do not engage in or tolerate any form of explicit or inappropriate conversation with Seekers.
If a Seeker makes sexually suggestive comments or engages in sexual or otherwise inappropriate behaviors, end the conversation immediately and report the incident to us.
Language Use
Conduct readings exclusively in English.
Use of any other languages during readings is not permitted. This uniformity helps ensure that our support team can effectively oversee and assist with any issues that may arise.
Legal Predictions
Do not predict legal outcomes or discuss court cases during readings.
Our services are designed for spiritual and personal guidance, not for providing legal counsel. Seekers looking for advice on legal matters should be directed to consult with qualified legal professionals.
Medical Predictions
Do not make predictions about health, accidents, death, pregnancy, childbirth, or medical conditions.
While readings regarding general wellness may be admissible (e.g. suggestions for stress reduction), avoid readings that could be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or health prediction. Always encourage Seekers to speak to qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
Non-Discrimination
Do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, nationality, class, caste, religion, belief, sex, gender, language, or sexual orientation.
Tolerance and respect are fundamental principles required from all Guides. Please be mindful of your language, behavior, and potential biases. This helps ensure an inclusive and supportive environment.
Professional Communication and Conduct
Respond promptly and professionally to communication from your Guide Support Specialist.
Abusive language, rude or abrupt correspondence with your Guide Support Specialist or any team member, and other such behavior are unacceptable and contrary to our values. All communication should be conducted with courtesy and respect.
Profile Photos
Ensure your profile photo is current and accurately represents you.
Use a clear, recent photo that reflects your professionalism, trustworthiness, and authenticity. Please ensure your full face is visible, and avoid dark, blurry, or heavily filtered photos.
Promotion Restrictions
Do not promote your own business, services, or any external ventures on the IO website.
Any and all activity on the IO website should be directly related to the services provided through IO Psychics.
Prohibited Topics
Refrain from discussing evil spirits, black magic, bad souls, spell casting, or curses.
If a Seeker brings up these topics, politely inform them that you are not equipped to provide guidance on such matters. Our focus is on fostering positive, empowering experiences that adhere to ethical and professional standards.
Refund Policy
Do not offer or suggest refunds to Seekers.
This is not within your authority and can mislead Seekers about the refund process. Instead, Seekers should be directed to contact Seeker Support.
Review Requests
Do not ask Seekers to leave a review.
Reviews should be left at the Seeker's discretion to ensure they reflect genuine and unbiased experiences. Soliciting reviews can compromise the integrity of the feedback process. Please focus on providing exceptional readings to Seekers to naturally encourage high ratings.
Service Provision
Only you are authorized to provide services under your profile.
It is strictly prohibited to allow anyone else to use your profile for service provision. Please encourage interested parties to become a Guide by submitting an application.
Client Retention
Do not attempt to take a Seeker away from the IO website.
This includes soliciting personal contact information, offering services independently of the platform, or encouraging Seekers to connect with you through external channels or businesses.
